Southern hospitality is what we deliver at Charlotte Douglas. With more than 100,000 visitors each day, we aim to please. CLT routinely conducts passenger opinion surveys. The results are used to determine how the Airport can better serve its customers. It’s resulted in free Wi-Fi throughout the terminal, added charging stations and increased currency exchange hours, just to name a few.
