Receive 1 point for every $1 spent.
Opt-in to receive exclusive parking offers.
Check your email for discounts throughout the year.
Check your account for reward offers.
Points earned are available once you reach the exit time of your booking.
Redeem points on reward offers.
Reward offers are added to your account based on available point balance.
Reach new tiers with more points.
The higher the tier the greater the reward offers.

You must create an account at cltairport.com or on the CLT Airport app if you do not already have one. You must be signed into your account at parkCLT.com or on the CLT Airport app when you complete your booking to receive the program benefits and to view your tier status and available reward offers.
Yes, you can view all bookings that were made while you were signed into your account. Bookings made as a guest do not earn points and are not available to view in your booking history.
You have until the end of the following year to earn points to retain or increase your existing tier level. For example, if you reach Bronze status by Dec. 31, 2024, you have until Dec. 31, 2025 to earn the required number of points to retain your tier level.
Your pending earned points on the booking will be adjusted in your account to reflect the change.
No, promo codes and reward offers may not be combined on a booking.
No, points are not redeemable for cash.
No, points do not expire as long as an account is active.
